Turn Your T-Shirt Concept Into a Production-Ready Sample

Share your design, specifications, or reference. Our team will review your requirements and begin structured sample development aligned with your target market.

What You Need to Start Sampling?

We make sample after receiving tech pack. This is our step by step

1) Submit Technical Specification

Share your tech pack with measurements, construction details, and artwork. If unavailable, clear reference images are sufficient to begin feasibility evaluation.

2) Technical Review & Clarification

Our team verifies sizing logic, fabric selection, decoration complexity, and construction feasibility

3) Cost & Timeline Confirmation

We provide a clear sample cost and development timeframe. If you aggree the we start sampling.

4) Sample Development & Delivery

Pattern making, fabric sourcing, printing/embroidery execution, final quality check & delivery.

Our Sampling Process

Sampling is the first step to ensure quality, fit, and feasibility before bulk production

Fabric Manufacturing

Based on approved composition and GSM, we purchase yarn and develop knitted or woven fabric according to required specifications and finishing standards.

Trims & Accessories Making

Based on approved composition and GSM, we purchase yarn and develop knitted or woven fabric according to required specifications and finishing standards.

Lab Dip, Strike-Off Approval

We prepare lab dips for color approval and strike-offs for printing artwork to ensure design accuracy before moving to physical sample construction.

Pattern Making & Size Base Setup

Our technical team prepares accurate base patterns according to measurement charts, ensuring correct fit structure before cutting.

Fabric Cutting

After fabric approval and pattern finalization, the fabric is carefully spread and cut according to pattern specifications for sample construction.

Printing & Embroidery Application

Panel printing and embroidery are completed before stitching to ensure accurate placement and clean finishing as per design requirements.

Sample Sewing & Trim Attachment

Cut panels are stitched together, and trims such as labels, rib, elastic, and accessories are attached under supervision to complete the sample garment.

Final QC & Sample Dispatch

Each completed sample undergoes detailed quality inspection for measurements, finishing, and workmanship before being packed and dispatched to the buyer.

Sample Timeline & Cost

Sample Development Timeline

• Standard Sample Development: 10–12 working days
• Timeline may vary depending on fabric availability, printing/embroidery complexity, and approval speed.
• Lab dips and strike-offs may require additional time if required.

Note: Timely confirmation and approval from the buyer help maintain the stated timeline.

Sample Cost Structure

• Sample cost is usually 3–5 times the estimated unit price, depending on product type and complexity.
• Sample cost covers fabric development, pattern making, printing/embroidery setup, and manual workmanship.

Sample pricing depends on:
• Fabric type and GSM
• Printing or embroidery complexity
• Wash or special finishing requirements
• Number of samples requested
• Trim and accessory customization

Sample Cost Adjustment Policy

For confirmed bulk orders:
• Sample cost may be adjusted or partially balanced against the bulk order value, depending on order quantity and agreement.
• Shipping cost for samples is generally borne by the buyer.

Important Clarification

Sample development is not only for visual confirmation. It ensures:

• Fit accuracy
• Construction validation
• Fabric behavior testing
• Print and embroidery positioning
• Production feasibility

A well-developed sample reduces bulk production risk. We treat every sample as the foundation of successful bulk production. Clear communication during sampling ensures smooth mass production later.

Request for a Sample Development

Share your requirements and our team will respond within 24 hours.

What Happens Next?

  • Technical review within 24–48 working hours
  • Clarification request if needed
  • Quotation confirmation with timeline
  • Sample development begins after approval

Our goal is to ensure structured development with minimal revisions and maximum accuracy. Accurate specifications lead to accurate pricing, controlled sampling, and smoother bulk production. We value structured collaboration and long-term manufacturing partnerships.
