Our Sample to Bulk Workflow Process

1. Buyer Inquiry & Requirement Sharing
The buyer provides all necessary details such as fabric, design, color, size range, and quantity for quotation preparation.

2. Quotation Preparation & Confirmation
We prepare and send a detailed quotation based on the buyer’s requirements. The buyer reviews it and confirms or suggests adjustments if needed.

3. Order Confirmation & Initial Payment (20%)
Once the quotation is approved, the buyer confirms the order by making a 20% advance payment to initiate the process.

4. Sample Development & Approval
We create the sample as per the approved details and send it to the buyer for review and confirmation.

5. Second Payment (50%) & Bulk Production

After the sample is approved, the buyer makes a 50% payment, and we proceed with bulk production while maintaining strict quality standards.

6. Inspection & Final Payment (30%)

Once bulk production is completed and inspection is approved, the buyer pays the remaining 30%.

7. Shipment & Delivery
After receiving the final payment, we arrange shipment according to the buyer’s instructions.

1. Buyer Inquiry & Requirement Sharing
The buyer provides detailed product information such as design, fabric, size range, and quantity for quotation preparation.

2. Quotation Preparation & Price Confirmation
Based on the buyer’s inquiry, we prepare a quotation and share it for review. Once the buyer confirms the quoted price, we proceed to the sampling stage.

3. Sample Charge & Quantity
We usually charge 3 to 5 times the unit price for each sample, depending on the product type, style, complexity, and number of samples required.

4. Sample Development

Our team produces the samples according to the approved specifications and fabric details shared by the buyer.

5. Sample Delivery & ReviewThe completed samples are shipped to the buyer for inspection, testing, and approval.

6. Bulk Order Decision
After reviewing the sample quality, the buyer may proceed with the bulk order under our standard production and payment procedure.
