How Quotation & Sampling Works at RYZEAL

To provide precise pricing and efficient sample development, we require structured technical details before quotation. Clear specifications ensure accurate costing, reduced revisions, and smoother production execution.

How Quotation & Sampling Works at RYZEAL?

Before we begin pricing or sample development, we follow a structured review process to ensure clarity and feasibility.

Step Flow

  1. Submit Technical Specification – You provide your tech pack or required product details.
  2. Technical Review & Clarification – Our team verifies sizing logic, fabric selection, decoration complexity, and construction feasibility.
  3. Cost Calculation & Fabric Validation – We calculate fabric consumption, trims, print/embroidery costs, and labor inputs.
  4. Quotation Confirmation – We share structured pricing with lead time details.
  5. Sample Development – After approval, sampling begins under controlled technical supervision.

Response time for review: 24–48 working hours.

Why Technical Specification Is Essential?

Incomplete or unclear product details can result in:
• Incorrect fabric consumption estimates
• Miscalculated decoration costs
• Fit inconsistencies across markets
• Delayed sampling
• Production revisions
Complete specifications allow us to move from concept to production efficiently and without confusion.
