Quotation Preparation &amp; Confirmation<\/strong><br>We prepare and send a detailed quotation based on the buyer\u2019s requirements. The buyer reviews it and confirms or suggests adjustments if needed.<br><br><strong>3. Order Confirmation &amp; Initial Payment (20%)<\/strong><br>Once the quotation is approved, the buyer confirms the order by making a 20% advance payment to initiate the process.<br><br><strong>4. Sample Development &amp; Approval<\/strong><br>We create the sample as per the approved details and send it to the buyer for review and confirmation.<br><br><strong>5. Second Payment (50%) &amp; Bulk Production<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the sample is approved, the buyer makes a 50% payment, and we proceed with bulk production while maintaining strict quality standards.<br><br><strong>6. Inspection &amp; Final Payment (30%)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once bulk production is completed and inspection is approved, the buyer pays the remaining 30%.<br><br><strong>7. Once the buyer confirms the quoted price, we proceed to the sampling stage.<br><br><strong>3. Sample Charge &amp; Quantity<br><\/strong>We usually charge 3 to 5 times the unit price for each sample, depending on the product type, style, complexity, and number of samples required.<br><br><strong>4. Sample Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our team produces the samples according to the approved specifications and fabric details shared by the buyer.<br><br><strong>5. Sample Delivery &amp; Review<\/strong>The completed samples are shipped to the buyer for inspection, testing, and approval.<br><br><strong>6.
